And : - Add two new patch groups : inPatch and overall, - Add specific methods for AMR Patch using the numbering mng in CartesianConnectivity, CartesianMesh, CartesianMeshPatch, Cell/Face/NodeDirectionMng,
And update hashes for faceUID checking.
