Hide ">" if the current blockmath in source mode is a valid quote block, in the mathtooltip. This is just visually for the tooltip. Needs another plugin for obsidian to output the correct syntax.

fixes #330.
Plugin in question that changes the output is https://github.com/RyotaUshio/obsidian-math-in-callout. But its very niche so idk if its very needed.
I do have the plugin, but don't use it. I just did this cause I thought it was interesting.
