${SYMBOLS} (hat|dot|bar|vec|tilde|und) made sense the plugin was create but now half of the symbols don't have those operations defined so they shouldn't be included.
Added pmod and combined the environments into one snippet.
`cases`, `matrix` and `align` were still using the same replacement for both inline math and block math.
So those cases are now split.
