arviz v0.19 is the first arviz version that supports numpy v2, which PythonCall seems to work better with now, see e.g. JuliaPy/PythonCall.jl#727. Also, the more recent versions support Python 3.13, which is necessary for compatibility with DimensionalData =v0.29.25.
Makes #56 obsolete
