This updates the out-of-date BPT oracle contract descriptions, mentions ECLPs, explains the "BPT infinite mint" issue, and discusses the solution options: use the new "revert if unlocked" flag if there are no limits built into the lending protocol. (Also mentions Wrapped BPT as a fallback, in case other use cases arise; it was already in there.)
