Updated the Twitter URL from https://twitter.com to https://x.com to reflect the platform's rebranding.
- Corrected subject-verb agreement in "highlights" -> "highlight" - Removed unnecessary italicization of "composition" - Fixed potential typo: "joinswaps" -> "join swaps"
