For a reason the generated URLs in the menu have additional link chunk. Merge is blocked. |

This PR will introduce the documentation under the
docs-folder. It is mainly a copy&paste of the content of the current Wiki-Pages into the docs-folder by adapting a bit the structure.After the merge of this pull request, the WIKI-pages shall be deactivated / deleted.

The documentation now uses mdbook and have a better structure.
