pip-tools has been run an Ubuntu 22.04 system so that we are sure the requirements.txt can be
satisfied with Python 3.10 / Ubuntu 22.04 which is the repo2docker default build image
(see https://github.com/jupyterhub/repo2docker/blob/314f64bfa6e032c708252fbf628ae944c3a2e72e/repo2docker/app.py#L462 )

This allow to re-run all cells of the notebook without errors.
