• Demo Scenario Props:
  The demo may include the following flows:

  • Post: comment and like features
  • Profile page
  • Challenge page
  • Waste goal
  • Waste log
  • Register and login (to be shown quickly)
  • Colorblind mode and language support

• Backend Logging & Challenge Implementation (Milestone 1):
  Backend endpoints for challenge and waste features will be integrated.
  Logging mechanisms for API requests will be added for monitoring.
  HTTPS configuration will be finalized.

• Frontend Updates:

  • Homepage will show only Login and Register.
  • Feed page will include posts with comments and likes.
  • Profile page will be shown for milestone 1.
  • Challenge page will display existing challenges and logs according to backend.
  • Waste goals and logging will be displayed dynamically.

• Challenge Creation Approval:

  • Challenge creation will be implemented in milestone 1,
    but approval flow will be postponed to milestone 2,
    since moderators are not yet implemented.

• Mobile vs Frontend Display:

  • Mobile and web do not need to show exactly the same content.
  • Mobile will show full-screen images for rendered posts.
  • Aim: Ensure data synchronization so that
    • posts created on mobile are visible on web,
    • and challenges created on web are visible on mobile.

• Demo Flow:

  • The demo will be narrated first-person style.
  • Emphasis will be on smooth flow between registration, login, posting,
    challenges, and waste tracking.

• Next Steps:

  • Frontend and mobile teams will hold a joint meeting on Friday to align.
