Follow-up to #8. I know the other branch had some nice cleanup, especially on
get()calls but this focuses primarily onsubstitutecalls. This is largely similar and reflects what you had.I frequently ran
R CMD build .andR CMD check *.tar.gzand finished it using the--as-crancheck. Let me know if there's anything else I should look at.
