This PR addresses #27 by adding the following GitHub Actions workflows to the repo:
The "Release Containers" GHA pushes the container image to the
kubesec/kubesec-webhookrepository so that it can be used in place of the old image currently referenced in the YAML (see #34). Docker Hub creds are required to push to thekubesec/kubesec-webhookrepository.
