Created new plugin named Citates (probably should have been Quotations)
Old sitemap don't support CakePHP 2.0+ syntax and conventions, my rewritten version does I have seen no purpose on pulling to old repository, as it is outdated, and man who originally wrote this plugin is not maintaining anymore
Both Minimal and DarkOne are updated thanks to josuesantos93 to version compatible with Croogo 1.4

Also added new variant of Sitemap plugin, moving the old one to outdated group
