Add support for Shelly Plug S Gen3 Eu as it is currently not supported due to an unknown device model.
[24/03/2025, 16:33:58] [Shelly NG] [shellyplugsg3-xxxxxxxxxxxx] Unknown device of model "S3PL-00112EU" discovered.I added the device model and did not implement all new components due to lack of programming knowledge.
With this solution, the switch works perfectly and can be used.
