- reorganize LibPackageManager into PT/SQL, PT/InMemory, PT/Compose, PT/Empty modules - move binary serialization from LibBinarySerialization to LibSerialization/Binary - add content-addressed hashing infrastructure in LibSerialization/Hashing - consolidate PM operations (types, values, fns) into dedicated modules - remove duplicate queries and stats code, simplify PackageManager.fs - delete unused InMemory/ProgramTypes, Inserts, Queries, Stats files
