Ruby made sense when using Heroku but with the free tier at Heroku gone, building the content statically allows for hosting on GitHub pages.

Ruby made sense when using Heroku but with the free tier at Heroku gone, building the content statically allows for hosting it on GitHub pages. (See gh-pages branch in my fork for an example, I can make a PR for it, too.)
This might be too much of a change for a PR but I liked this project and would love to keep seeing it online.
