- Remove aggressive error handling that stopped sync on transient failures
- Allow automatic retry on next poll interval for MeiliSearch errors
- Make health check staleness threshold configurable via HEALTH_MAX_STALE_MS
- Default staleness threshold remains 10 minutes (600000ms)
