Rewritten date_matcher that is simpler and more aggressive.
New matcher: regex_matcher. Includes year and contiguous digit matching, plus a few new patterns: contiguous symbols, uppers, lowers, alpha, alphanum.
unit tests for matching.
partial unit tests for scoring.
