  • fix use of std.conv.to which was not imported in the file
  • added a local import
  • tested that the mixed in code compiles

FYI @dymk this fixes #41 with dmd although it looks like the build failed for gdc

Compiled and unittests pass with dmd v2.088.1 although didn't test any other templates
