  • pager-position - allows repositioning the pager
    • top - immediately before the table
    • bottom - immediately after the table (the default behavior)
  • pager-target - overrides the default positioning and places the pagination on the angular.element(...) compatible selector (ex.: pager-target="#myId")

So looks like we have a bunch of options for pagination: #556, #555, #648, #656, #560, #454 (this one)

How about I rough out a design "spec", people will then have a chance to trash it :-) Once reasonable, how about you implement?
