How about I rough out a design "spec", people will then have a chance to trash it :-) Once reasonable, how about you implement? C |

pager-position- allows repositioning the pagertop- immediately before the tablebottom- immediately after the table (the default behavior)pager-target- overrides the default positioning and places the pagination on the angular.element(...) compatible selector (ex.:pager-target="#myId")
