Why
Our deployment should not be vulnerable due to latest CVE since Docusaurus does not use RSC, but it's nice to be on the latest release anyway.
How
Update React to the latest version supported by Docusaurs, bump other dependencies.
Add OXC Prettier plugin to speed up lint time slightly, however the most time consuming one are still alex language checks. Will look at what I can do about this on the plugin side.
