Description

This is an experimental PR, to give a local MCP server for contributors to use that gives:

  • Useful prompts for using AI when contributing, such as code quality prompts or reviewing PR size prompts
  • Tools for testing, such as scoped playwright tools to use against example apps.

I need to complete the following things need to be done before it's moved out of draft.

  • Code review and cleanup
  • Real world usage for testing and improvement of prompts
  • Documentation on how to use with github copilot

It's been handing open, so closing for now. Still a good idea I think. If someone sees this and want to pick it up feel frree!
