Add support for Fluendo hardware-accelerated MPEG-2 video decoders:
- VAAPI, VDPAU, DXVA2 backends (fluhwva{backend}mpeg2dec)
Add support for Fluendo hardware-accelerated MPEG-4 video decoders:
- VAAPI, VDPAU backends (fluhwva{backend}mpeg4dec)
