This pull request updates the handling of procedure codes for appendectomy procedures, particularly around the SNOMED CT and OPS codings. The main focus is on aligning versioning and value set requirements to current standards and improving compatibility.

Procedure code versioning and value set updates:

• Updated the SNOMED CT code in Procedure-Appendektomie.json to include a specific version URI instead of a simple version string, ensuring more precise terminology referencing.
• Updated the example in ISiKProzedur.fsh to use the SNOMED CT version URI for code.coding, and clarified the version for the OPS code.

Value set binding changes:

• Removed the required value set binding for OPS codes from both the FSH definition (ISiKProzedur.fsh) and the generated structure definition (StructureDefinition-ISiKProzedur.json), allowing for more flexibility in coding. [1] [2]

Validation and workflow adjustments:

• Updated the GitHub Actions workflow to explicitly filter out a known terminology validation error related to the SNOMED CT code not being found in the value set, improving CI/CD reliability.
