This adds instructions for installing the GNUstep environment using the simpler / main script gnustep-web-install.

Even though the base script is also somewhat developer oriented, the -dev script is really tailored towards developers by installing a lot more of the system stack, and by expecting ssh-based Git URIs to actually work (i.e. to have SSH private keys set up with GitHub).

@gcasa Please let me know if this phrasing makes sense. I tried to point out regular users should not even attempt to use the -dev version of the script, which is why I added this new section. Otherwise I copied most of the phrasing you used.
