docs(consul-k8s): add example for multiple IPs in externalHosts configuration

Description

Added an example to clearly document how to specify multiple external host IP addresses in the configuration. This is part of follow-up for the support ticket https://hashicorp.atlassian.net/browse/CSL-12642. We have planned to include this improvement as part of the upcoming Dec patch release
