Had a few oversights and a missing vertex format flag that caused quite a few issues. At a quick glance most XNOs now seem to be writing identically, while others seems to just have that first unknown/unused value right after the sixteen byte NXOB chunk header different?

At a quick glance most XNOs now seem to be writing identically, while others seems to just have that first unknown/unused value right after the sixteen byte NXOB chunk header different? More testing and comparisons should probably be done for sanity checking at some point.
