Add a md file to troubleshoot the example build error

  • mismatch between the GLIBC version bundled inside the Flutter Snap (e.g. 2.31) and the system‑installed GLIBC version (e.g. GLIBC 2.33+ on Ubuntu 22.04 or Fedora).
