  • Add clock field to ILibDateFmtOptions for specifying time format (e.g., 12-hour or 24-hour).
  • Add template field to ILibDateFmtOptions for defining custom date/time display patterns.
  • Fix proper handling of meridiems field in ILibDateFmtOptions, which was previously ignored.
