[minor] Support Integrated AI Service installation with MAS

AI Service Installation with MAS and Integration with Maximo Manage

This PR enables AI Service binding with Maximo Manage during installation using the mas install command, supporting the following scenarios:

1. Standard MAS Installation: Install MAS + Manage (foundation) + other components (existing functionality)

2. MAS with AI Service: Install MAS + Manage (foundation) + AI Service + other components

3. AI Service Binding with Manage:

   • When installing AI Service alongside Manage, a default tenant "user" is automatically created and bound to Manage
   • When using an existing AI Service installation, users can select from available AI Service tenants during Manage settings configuration
   • Then selected tenant is integrated with Manage and configured in the Manage AI Config Application

Documentation Updates

• Updated install.md with Manage + AI Service binding documentation
• Created aiservice-install.md for standalone AI Service installation
• Added aiservice-install to CLI functions table in index.md
• Documented all parameters and configuration options for AI Service binding
