Added ability to set an fSMTP connection for all fEmail instances

EXAMPLE:

fEmail::setConnection(new fSMTP('mailhog', 1025));

$email = new fEmail();
// Do your email stuff
$email->send(); // Sends it out via the SMTP connection.

Now you don't have to pass in a connection to send! (though you still can)
