In
IdentityMapper, this now also returns the original expressions if the children are unchanged forlist,ndarray,MultiVector.I just noticed this as an inconsistency (i.e. it didn't break anything), so not sure if it's a good idea? They're not the most hashable of types anyway, so not sure where this would be useful.
