Run and Build this app

cargo run -- --url http://localhost:5000 -w 400 -w 740
cargo build --release
web-app -u http://example.com -w 500 -h 800 -on

--left and --top work with negative numbers (-1) to indicate right and bottom.
Open file url --url file:///path/dir/file
Open directories and files by path --file ./path/file (only browser supported files)
