What's the use case for this? I've never heard of an animated cover. Could you provide an example?

@edeuss take a look at audiomuse-mixes, I added a "Plugins" settings page there, does that work for you?
But if you integrate with BaseItemDtos it could also be a more generic setting about showing animated covers (mp4, gif) and/or videos in general. Without your plugin providing the data we can't show anything animated anyway, so there's no need for a plugin-specific setting yet I guess.

The new settings page also isn't final yet, I'm debating creating an instant mix-specific page instead.
