I don't know why there is version pinning on py-radix 0.10.0, given there is no later (or later incompatible) py-radix version. I guess it was already always meant to be the baseline minimum requirement - and that's what I am hereby suggesting in code.

While there is no new py-radix release now, there might be one in the future, because of #27 and mjschultz/py-radix#64 because of mjschultz/py-radix#44, mjschultz/py-radix#55, mjschultz/py-radix#58 for current Python versions and toolsets. And at the moment, I don't see a hurry for a new aggregate6 release.
