之前设置配置文件时没有正确处理变量名称，会导致以下情况，令人产生误解。
设置 geoip_cn_v 时，会同时设置 srs_geoip_cn_v 的值；
设置 geosite_cn_v 时，会同时设置 srs_geosite_cn_v 的值。
