These commits correct the tests to make them work with the new versions.
There are also a few improvements in tests.
A few tests have been added.
There are also a few corrections and additions to the documentation.
There's also added support for installing LT via snapshots (for the moment, only for installing the ‘latest’ (because releases will no longer be published and can be installed as zip files : https://github.com/languagetool-org/languagetool/blob/master/languagetool-standalone/CHANGES.md#66-2025-03-27).
