Beta Windows release

Main changes

• Add cx_freeze support, so I can generate a windows .exe file from the python scripts
• Change units/upgrades yaml format to have more flexibility

Fourth Release !

Major update with a lot of changes:
-> database translated to .yml
-> new html generator (to have something readable without latex).
-> major latex refactoring, generating 1 latex file instead of fragments.

Third release !

This release contains 4 factions, Tao Coalition, High Elf Fleets, Robot Legions, and Battle Brothers.

I have removed the LaTeX csvsimple dependency, which was causing some pain with older version of latex.

Second release !

This release contains 3 Factions : Tao, High Elf Fleets and Robot Legions.
Special rules and Psychic Spells are now on the pdf.

Also there is a small Makefile, so you can generate all pdf's with just one command : "make"
