Remove EOL branches (5.4.y, 6.7.y, 6.9.y, 6.10.y, 6.11.y, 6.13.y, 6.14.y, 6.15.y, 6.16.y and 6.17.y). Add current stable branch (6.18.y)

Hi @bhcopeland

v5.4.y also went EOL last week [0][1]. Perhaps remove this as well whilst you're at it?

@patersonc you are right, also 6.17 went EOL on the 18th. So have dropped 6.17 too.
