Fixing order of DROP TABLE statements in h2 quartz_tables_drop_h2.sql, original order was causing constraint violation

WARN  Dropping statement failed: Cannot drop "QRTZ_JOB_DETAILS" because "FK_QRTZ_TRIGGERS_QRTZ_JOB_DETAILS" depends on it; SQL statement:
 DROP TABLE IF EXISTS QRTZ_JOB_DETAIL [90107-220]
