Not nailed down yet

There's lots of GoDaddy intermediate CA certs in their repository, some have SHA-2 fingerprints alongside SHA-1 fingerprints, but not clear whether they are signed with SHA-1 or SHA-2.

It appears DigiCert intermediaries are here: https://www.digicert.com/digicert-root-certificates.htm#intermediates, though they are not in .pem form.
StartSSL has them at URLs like this: https://www.startssl.com/certs/class2/sha2/pem/sub.class2.server.sha2.ca.pem
Symantec certs can be found under RSA SHA-2 https://knowledge.verisign.com/support/ssl-certificates-support/index?page=content&id=AR657&actp=LIST&viewlocale=en_US
GeoTrust certs can likewise be found under RSA SHA-2 https://knowledge.geotrust.com/support/knowledge-base/index?page=content&id=AR1421&actp=LIST&viewlocale=en_US
