Adapt kantra to use the new organization-centric Cloud Foundry discovery model from asset-generation. Discovery now groups apps by org rather than space, making --orgs required for discovery mode while --spaces becomes optional. The --list-apps output now shows a hierarchical view with organizations at the top level, then spaces, then apps. When no orgs are specified with --list-apps, all organizations are auto-discovered.
