75c981d で tsconfig.stylesheet.json が削除された際に、そこで使用されていた typescript-plugin-styled-components と、それをサポートするための ttypescript も 不要になったため削除した。

概要
typescript-plugin-styled-components, typescript-plugin-styled-components を使っている形跡がない。消していいのでは。
変更内容
75c981d で tsconfig.stylesheet.json が削除された際に、そこで使用されていた typescript-plugin-styled-components と、それをサポートするための ttypescript も 不要になっていた模様。package.json から該当パッケージを削除した。

git grep -e ttypescript -e ttsc -e typescript-plugin-styled-components
