- add polyproof mcp serve command for stdio transport - implement list_frameworks, get_framework, list_controls, version tools - uses mark3labs/mcp-go sdk for mcp protocol handling - validates level param against framework's supported levels
- add embedding-service.ts with OpenAI text-embedding-3-small integration - implement batching (100/request) with exponential backoff - add content hashing for incremental updates - persist embeddings to embeddings.bin with model version tagging - 32 unit tests covering all acceptance criteria
