Update to isabelle 2022

This PR updates the Isabelle version from the 2021 release to the 2022 release. I've tested the change in a OSX machine, it should be tested in a Linux machine as well.

All the proofs worked fine, the only necessary change was to update the references to previously exported Stringa file to the new Str.

To test these changes it is needed to see that these commands work as expected

[nix-shell] $ build-marlowe-docs
[nix-shell] $ edit-marlowe-proofs
[nix-shell] $ cabal test marlowe
[nix-shell] $ cabal test marlowe-spec-test
