Should we add this change to the changelog?
I would say so at it is quite significant. We could say there that the matrix.org website is doing the same thing (matrix-org/matrix.org#2999).
Hmm, changelogs are for users of the SDK while the policy is for developers. I'm not sure users are that interested into the contributing guide or the AI policy. |

This patch adds AI policy. For the moment, it's a copy-paste (modulo emphasises) from Forgejo's.
Does exactly what it says on the tin.
