Rebased on main now that it contains #2422 and the content security policy supports Tableau embeds (at least, it should...). |

Summary of changes
Asana Ticket: Tableau migration | Set up code to pass JWT token for dashboard access
Got it working locally. Going to be testing this out on a content page I have set up in the dev version of the CMS (https://dev-green.mbtace.com/about/tableau-embed-test-page), but it's also dependent on this Infrastructure PR
This is also tagged as "Do Not Merge" because this also breaks some current Tableau embeds, as that system hasn't yet been migrated yet. This will just power a proof of concept for using the JWT to authenticate against the new system.
