The API changed from 'artist_mbids' to 'artist_mbid'. This means we can simplify the output to be a list of Artists.

The API changed from 'artist_mbids' to 'artist_mbid'. This means we can also simplify the output to be a list of Artists.
This is a breaking change. I did not find any references to UserArtistsElement in the codebase apart from tests which I updated.
