Fix export of LicensingLocation property

This PR fixes the export of the LicensingLocation property in EXOIRMConfiguration. The value was changed to a complex object, where the real url is stored in the OriginalString property.

This Pull Request (PR) fixes the following issues

• Fixes EXOIRMConfiguration: Property LicensingLocation not being exported correctly and Test fails #6644
