confirmationDialog?	IConfirmationDialog	(BETA) (Optional) Confirmation dialog option passed to the submit handler.
parameters	ISubmitCardParameters	(BETA) Parameters passed to the Submit event handler.
type	'Submit'	(BETA) Indicates this is a Submit button.
