- In app/views/schools/registrations/_school_fields.html.erb the select is added to 'town' field, because simple form does not support delegate for nil objects
- In app/controllers/registrations_controller.rb there is a function 'set_towns', which creates empty Town relation, if 'municipality_id' is not present in the params.
